ULTRA RUNNER • MENTOR • VIDEOGRAPHER

I’m an ultrarunner, creator and mentor, helping you build a happier, more fulfilling life that genuinely feels like your own.

HOW I GOT HERE

The journey so far.

My life has never followed a straight line. Football shaped me, neuroscience challenged me, and endurance taught me how much more I was capable of.

2012—2017 AGE 9—14

WHERE IT STARTED

Football became my first world.

At nine, I joined Arsenal Academy and spent the next five years growing up inside elite football. The game gave me discipline, ambition and an early understanding of what it meant to work relentlessly for something.

At 14, I moved to West Ham, where I would continue playing until I was 18. By then, football wasn’t simply something I did—it had become a huge part of who I thought I was.

2017—2021 AGE 14—18

MORE THAN ONE PATH

International football, four A-levels and my first viral content.

While playing for West Ham, I represented England at under-15 level and Poland at under-17 level, travelling internationally while keeping up with school. During my GCSEs, I began teaching revision content online. It went viral on Snapchat and showed me, for the first time, how much I loved helping people learn.

My GCSE results earned me a place at Brampton Manor, where I studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Economics. Somehow, I balanced four demanding A-levels with international football—and discovered that I was capable of holding more than one ambition at once.

2021—2023 AGE 18—20

THE DREAM ON PAPER

Professional football took me to New York.

After school, I took a gap year to pursue professional football. I signed for London City Lionesses in the Women’s Championship while also training with West Ham’s first team. That chapter earned me a fully funded scholarship to study neuroscience and play football at Hofstra University in New York.

At Hofstra, we won the CAA Championship and reached the NCAA tournament. Individually, I was named to the CAA All-Freshman Team in my first year and the All-CAA First Team in my second. From the outside, everything appeared to be going exactly right.

2023 THE TURNING POINT

THE HARDEST DECISION

I walked away without knowing what came next.

I realised quickly that America wasn’t where I was meant to be. Leaving a fully funded neuroscience scholarship—and the life I had worked so hard to build—became one of the hardest decisions I have ever made.

I returned to London with no degree, no job, no football team and no real plan. What I learned next was that when you choose the path that is truly yours, things begin to align.
2023—2026 AGE 20—22

BUILDING TWO LIVES AT ONCE

Neuroscience, football—and the beginning of endurance.

Back in London, I found work in neuroscience and self-development. Over three years, I helped train more than 1,200 people in memory, learning, inner healing and the power of the brain. I also worked across marketing, filmmaking and content—quietly building an entirely new skill set.

Alongside a full-time job, I returned to semi-professional football with Hashtag United and helped the team win three trophies. Then, at 21, I completed an Ironman. Soon after came my first ultramarathon: 111 km around the Isle of Wight. The longer the challenge, the more alive I felt.

2026—NOW AGE 23

CHOOSING MY OWN LIFE

I stopped collecting proof and started building a life that felt like mine.

In less than two and a half years, I completed eight ultramarathons, including two World’s Toughest Mudders and multiple backyard ultras. I eventually knew that the safe, familiar version of my life no longer fit, so I left my job to pursue ultrarunning, filmmaking and content creation.

I completed my second 10-day silent Vipassana retreat, walked 750 km across Spain on the Camino de Santiago and grew my online community to 12,500 people—with 4.8 million views in 90 days. Today, I’m building a career around ultrarunning, filmmaking and content creation while helping other people create lives that feel more aligned with who they truly are. At 23, I’m still figuring it out. The difference is that now, I’m building a life I have consciously chosen.
